A Night To Remember
Whatever the formal occasion, the chances are that it's been done before. The venue is expensive. The entertainment, carefully chosen to reflect the mood of the evening, is ready. The guests arrive - gentlemen in dinner jacket and bow tie, ladies in their finery. The tableware is complete with candelabra or flowers. The meal, at least three courses and served by waiters, naturally, is doubtless accompanied with expensive wine. The menu is a piece of paper left in the middle of the table...
