Terms & Procedures
We have simple terms and procedures, with a limited number of steps from first contact to acceptance. Please follow the guide below, noting that there are only two pro-active steps for you to take.
- Fill in the form answering all questions.
- From the information provided, we will contact you to discuss the details.
- Having established what we think you want, we will email photographs of sample products to you for your approval. Firm costs for the total order will accompany the photos. If you require hard copies, this must be at your expense.
- Supply names of guests in Plain Text by email.
- When we acknowledge receipt of that information, payment of 50% of order value secures the order. Under no circumstances is the deposit be refundable once work has commenced.
- We will dispatch the completed order to you not less than two weeks prior to the event - you make final payment of the balance.
Anne-Made.co.uk accepts all amendments (additions or deletions to the guest list, for example) by email. Telephone calls are acceptable, but for your security, traceable emails are safer. Amendments may incur extra charges if, for instance, guests are deleted after tickets etc have been produced for them, and additions then exceed the numbers agreed. All information appearing on paperwork supplied by us will be a copy of information you supply. We cannot accept any responsibility for your errors!
Anne-Made.co.uk will make every attempt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods and services supplied. We have to work within certain parameters. We hope you will understand this if we find that we must decline any of your requests.
